Moon over Manitowoc Lighthouse.

While packing up my gear tonight in Manitowoc, Wisconsin after an editorial healthcare photography shoot I noticed the moon just starting to rise over Lake Michigan.  I quickly tossed my cases of lights into the back of the truck and bolted to the ferry dock to try and line the moon up with the lighthouse.  With the dock locked up for the winter I wasn’t able to get far enough north to line the moon up like I wanted and I was a few minutes to late, but I was kind of happy with what I got.  Thanks to my sister-in-law Joan Turba I knew tonight was going to be the brightest moon of the year.  Thanks Joan!
